About us

A local company built around responsibility.

Selz Property Care gives property owners one dependable local point of contact—someone who communicates clearly, documents the work and treats access to a home as a serious responsibility.

The five-peak mark represents the family and personal standard behind the Selz name.

Meet the founder

I’m Curtis Selz.

I live locally, I’m raising my family here, and I understand what a home represents beyond its address. It may be a major investment, a vacation property, an income-producing rental or a place filled with decades of family history.

My professional background includes HVAC project coordination, mechanical-service operations, vendor management, field estimating and customer-service leadership. I have managed complex projects, worked across multiple trades and been responsible for keeping homeowners informed when timing, details and accountability mattered.

Selz Property Care brings those disciplines into one local service: careful property oversight, useful documentation and straightforward communication when an owner cannot be onsite.
